This tutorial shows you how to create Vintage Cars Club wallpaper, that was inspired by rock n`roll and classic American cars.

Create a new file (File>New) that would have 1024x768 px and 72 dpi. Using the Paint Bucket Tool (G), try to paint the background in the next shown color's code - #284B53

Create another new file (File>New) that must have 176x16 px and 72 dpi. Take the Pencil Tool (B) of 1 px and represent on the new layer the pattern shown next picture.

Edit>Define Pattern

Next we'll choose the Rectangle Tool (U) to represent the next background's layer for the picture to be.

The layer's parameters: Fill 0% on the layer

Blending Options>Inner Glow

Blending Options>Gradient Overlay

Gradient's parameters:

One more new layer should be created (Create new layer) on which we'll use the Paint Bucket Tool (G) to picture it in white.

We'll apply the next filter's option - Filter>Noise>Add noise

The next parameters will be applied for the layer: Fill 18% on the layer

Blending mode-Darken Color

Find in Internet a picture representing a retro car, cut it out and place it the way it is demonstrated next image:

Apply the here demonstrated parameters for the photo's layer.

Next we'll write the name of the auto club.

The Create warped text effect will be applied to our text.

Create another new layer (Create new layer). Click on Create new fill or adjustment option on the lowest part of the layers' palette and select here Levels option.

Click on the same layer on Add a mask on the lowest part of the layers' palette and choose the Brush Tool (B), Opacity 30% to paint in black a car's part and the inscription.
