Open a new document in photoshop
500 x 500 pixels with a white background will be good ( you will have some space )
Then Select Type Tool , Select verdana font ( size 200 pixels - bold )
And write the following letter "P"
Then convert the type to shape
Select Rectangle Tool then press on Subtract From Shape Area
Then make the following Selection
After you will release the mouse button , you will see an empty area
Select Polygon Tool ( set the sides to 5 ), and make one more selection ( or drawing ) you need to have one more time the Subtract from Shape area button pressed ( normally it should be activated )
After you will release the mouse button you will have this result
Next Go to Edit > Define Custom Shape , Choose a name for your Custom Shape and press OK
Now you can press on Delete key from your keyboard
Select Custom Shape Tool
Create a new layer ( press Ctrl+Shift+Alt+N )
Then draw a shape on your Canvas
Then Go to Edit > transform > Rotate 90 CW
Select Move Tool ( press V ) and change the Vertical Scale ( do not forget to hit Enter )
Duplicate this layer ( press Ctrl+J )
Go to Edit > Transform Path > Rotate 180
With your arrow keys place the second layer like in the following image
Now we will create a perspective look
Select All the layers ( except background layer )
Go to Edit > Transform > Skew and with your mouse pointer change the position of the corners like in the following image ( do not forget to hit enter )
Now we will duplicate this 2 layers several times
I recommend you to follow my steps:
Step 1 - Drag the 2 layers on the " Create a new layer " button
Step 2 - With your arrow keys ( from your keyboard ) press one time on the " Left arrow " and then one time on the " Up Arrow "
Repeat this steps a few times.( 6 times ) ( when you drag the layers on the " Create a new layer " button , be sure you have selected the top 2 layers from your layers palette
This is my result after i have repeated step one and two several times
Now select the top first layer from your layer palette and add the following layer styles

Now select the second layer from top of your layer palette and add the following layer styles

Create a new Layer ( press Ctrl+Shift+Alt+N )
Select Ellipse Tool , Change the foreground color to #333333 , and make a simple oval like in the next image
Now go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur ( you will be asked if you want to rasterize the Shape )
Press ok To rasterize the Shape
Then use the following settings in the Gaussian Blur window
