Make a copy of the earlier made blue circle and use after that the Free Transform option to make the copy smaller and to place it on the central part of the element:

image 6

As we have described earlier, we have to combine in a group all the layers, composing those three small circles (keep pressed the Ctrl button to mark out the corresponding layers and make a left mouse's button click to take the layers down on Create a new group option). Make eight copies of the last made group and select the Free Transform option to change the copies' sizes and to place them as it is indicated on the next picture:

image 7

Next we'll work with the first group.

image 8

Make seven copies of the group and select again the Free Transform application to change the copies' sizes if necessary, placing them the way presented below:

image 9

Make one more copy of the circles' group and changing the parameters, we'll get two more groups of circles.

image 10

Changing the Gradient Overlay parameter of the second and of the third circle on this one indicated below…:

image 11

… we'll get a new group:

image 12

Make a copy of the last made group and place it the way it is shown next picture:

image 13

Next we have to select the Free Transform option to minimize the first circle for getting another group.

image 14

Now make the necessary number of copies and change the parameters of the second and of the third circles to get two types of groups, placing them again the same way presented below:

image 15

Select now the CustomShapeTool (U) to choose from the table below the corresponding pattern and place it on the picture:

Now we have to download from Internet a picture of the loud speaker, cut it out and apply for this layer the options from here: Image>Adjustments>Hue/Saturation. The Free Transform option may be helpful in changing the shape of the speaker:
