Now we will learn how to make it .Firstly we will make a new layer

File> New and make a canvas 300*300 pixels and resolution 72 dpi is fine, and you should be in RGB mode.

Make a new layer, by clicking the Create a new Layer icon at the bottom of the layers palette.

Make a selection with rectangular marquee tool sure that feather should be 0

You should make it in New Layer and name it as Square.

Now use the gradient tool to fill in the selection.

Click on the gradient bar to take the colour of your choice

I have taken this colour with colour coding # FFA200 as shown in image down.

Your gradient settings will come like this:-

Use the conical style to fill in the selection

Fill the selection with pressing the key Shift become the gradient will be filled straight.

Take the rectangular marquee tool and choose the electrical selection as shown:-

Make new layer in the layer palette

Create a selection as shown in the image

Now use the settings of the gradient palette and use the radial style

Fill it in the selection with the help of Shift command. The Fig. should be shown like this.

Now the main trick is coming read it and under stand it carefully.

Click on Square layer while pressing the control key, so the selection appears on file

Then goto the menu bar and Click on the Select>Modify>Expand as shown in figure below.

Now give the expiation of 5 pixels as in fig below.

Now Fill up the colour of coding # FFA200 in new layer.

Deselect all.

Click on the square layer with the help of control key the selection will be appeared select the layer 2 as following the image.

Press the delete button.

Use the Bevel&Emboss effect in the blending options. as shown below

Now use the drop shadow setting from the blending options:-

The image will be shown like this:-

Now take the brush tool and take a brush of 10 pixels and of opacity 21% and flow 100%

Make the selection by using selection tool with pressing the key Shift because to make the perfect circle.

Now make the shadow while touching the selection with the help of brush tool.Like this

Your final image will be like this as shown below.
