Do you remember that we are Recording our action? It's now time to stop it. Click on the "Stop recording" button.
12. Choose the pencil tool. Click on the Brushes menu (top right corner of your workspace). Set the spacing to : 900-1000%.
13. Create a new layer and draw small white dots with the pencil on this layer. In the Actions Palette, choose the "Burn particles" action and click on the "Play" button.
Photoshop will make all the work for you now! You can copy the layers, and transform them. Flatten the image.
Voila. Now, when you need a similar effect (burned shapes, text...) you just have to play the action.
