Start by creating a horizontal rectangle using rectangular shape tool.

Create another vertical rectangle and place as shown.

Press Shift and select both layers. Press Ctrl+E to merge the layers. From filter menu select distort>>wave. Apply settings as shown.

Using lasso tool create a rough selection as shown.

Press Shift+Ctrl+D to feather the selection. Use settings as shown.

Press D to reset the foreground and background colors to default black and white. From filter menu select render>>clouds.

From filter menu select stylize>>wind. Use settings as shown.

Press Ctrl+T and rotate clockwise so that the shape appear like a mountain.

Duplicate the layer. Transform to scale down vertically and expand horizontally.

From image menu select adjustment>>brightness/contrast. Use settings as shown.

This will brighten the front mountain and make it look a little different from back mountain.

Type company name and punch line with a nice font.
