Make a new document, pick a something big size. And fill it with a darker color from your sprite.

image 1

Make a new layer (Ctrl+Alt+Shift+N) and fill it with black. Then go to Filter>>Render>>Lens Flare to add a 105 mm Prime lens flare. Now put it where you are going to put your sprite at. Then turn that layer to Screen and lower the opacity to 60%.

image 2

Then, take a soft round brush and smudge the lens flare (at 60% strength) in the general direction your flow will be going.

image 3

Now add your sprite.

image 4

Time for the c4d's! Take out a good effect render, bring it into your sig. Resize it with Ctrl+T, if needed, re-color it with Ctrl+U, if needed. But make sure its going in the flow direction of your tag. Set it at Lighten.

image 5

Repeat the last step, except set it to Color Dodge.

image 6

Repeat. Set to Color Dodge again.

image 7

Again, but try to have a line in the c4d.

image 8

Now, take out a nice splatter brush. Set your foreground color to white. Do a little bit of brushing. then take out your eraser, and erase, and erase a bit of it with a different splatter brush.

image 9

Then take out another c4d (with a black background). And put it in the general area of the splatter brushes where is detail in the c4d. Then press Ctrl+G. Move it around until you get some sex.

image 10

Make a new layer, then go to Image>>Apply image. Then go to Filter>>Distort>>Ocean Ripple. Do something that looks nice with the settings. erase what looks bad, then sharpen it (Filter>>Sharpen>>Sharpen).

image 11

Add another c4d on lighten.

image 12

Make a new layer, then apply the image again, then press Ctrl+U to desaturate it. But don't lower it all the way.

image 13

Then I added a splatter brush with a good color to end up with.

image 14

Then I added another c4d, and set it on color. Be sure to have it flow.

image 15

Then I brushed a little in white an lowered the opacity to add lighting to my tag.

image 16

Then I added a slight color balance layer.

image 17

New layer. Then apply the image. then go to Filter>>Distort>>Ripple and use some nice settings. then sharpen it (Filter>>Sharpen>>Sharpen). erase what looks bad.

image 18

New layer. Apply it. Sharpen it. erase what looks bad.

image 19

New layer. Apply it. And go to Filter>>Blur>>gaussian Blur. set it to 2.0. And set the layer to LIghten, 30% opacity.

image 20

Add another c4d, desaturate it (Ctrl+Shift+Alt+U) and go to Filter>>Distort>>wave. Play with the settings a bit. then set it to Color Dodge. erase what looks bad.

image 21

Add one last c4d. make sure it has some nice lines. desaturate it, set it to Lighten, 80% opacity, and sharpen it.

image 22

Add text, a border, and you're done! looks nice eh?
