Star Burst

In this tutorial you will be able to create a nice star burst effect in adobe photoshop.

1. Create a new document in adobe and create a layers in the document now select the rectangular marquee tool and make on thin selection coming from one side to the other while your creating the layers you keep your finger on Shift and draw a few Vertical Selections coming from one side of the document to the other side and also fill the layers with the following color #0012FF your should start to look like mine.

2. Now in the menu bar at the top click on Filter and a drop down will appear so you need to goto Filter - Distort - Polar Coordinates This will create the final effect as shown below with the settings and end result.
