This lesson I'll tell you how to represent nice wallpapers for the desktop. We'll start by creating a new file (File>New) that would have 1024x768 px and 72 dpi. Set the same colors presented in the next image on the tools' palette.
The color's code is #00FF00. Next we'll select this option - Filter>Render>Clouds and then this one: Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur...
We should have in the end a kind of background like this one from below:
Press now on the next combination of buttons: Ctrl+M and set everything as it is shown next image:
We'll get a darkening like this one from the image:
After that we have to select the Brush Tool (B) with this color's code #00FF00 and represent on a new layer a horizontal line with the next brush's parameter:
You should get the result as this one presented below:
Select next option: Filter>Blur>Motion Blur... and set the next shown parameters:
You may see what we have got at this stage:
Now we should take the Brush Tool (B) and picture two elements with the black color, using the downloaded brush from Internet.
Set the same parameters that are presented below on the layers' palette:
Create a new layer and represent on it a wavy line with the Brush Tool (B), having the Opacity of 10% and the color #006699.
Set the next parameters on the layers' palette:
It's the result that we should get:
Using the Brush Tool (B) on a new layer and the downloaded brushes from Internet, Blood Splatter Brushes By Vexing Artand Evil Blood Splat, it's possible to represent several sparks and drops as it is shown in the next picture. The colors' codes are indicated on the picture:
Apply for this layer the parameters from the layers' palette:
It's the result that we have got at this stage:
Create a new layer and apply the Paint Bucket Tool (G) to picture the layer with this color - #CCFFFF. And only after that we have to select Filter>Texture>Grain...
Apply the next parameters:
It's the picture that we have got:
Set the same parameters as those from the table:
We should get the same effect from below:
Create one more new layer and select one more time the Paint Bucket Tool (G) to paint it with this color - #FFCCCC. Select then the here presented option: Filter>Texture>Grain...
Set the parameters from below:
And we'll get the next result:
Next we'll use the instrument from the layers' palette, marked with the red color in the next small table and select this option: Hue/Saturation...

Find in Internet any picture, representing the flowers:
Cut out one flower with the Eraser Tool (E) and move the flower on our basic picture:
Select again the Brush Tool (B) on a new layer and represent the grass now:
Set the same colors presented below on the tools' palette:
The grass should have these colors: #99FF33 and #006600. Picturing several rows of grass, we should change after that the green color with the black one to represent one more row:
Find a butterfly now the same way we found the flower and insert it on the picture:
Make a copy of the butterfly's layer and apply the next option - Filter>Blur>Motion Blur... on the copied layer: The parameters should be identical with these ones:
Use the same adjustments presented below:

Next step includes choosing the Rectangle Tool (U) for stretching out the figure on the whole page. We should apply also the next parameters for this layer: Blending Options>Gradient Overlay.
This picture is the final result we should get:
