Create a New Image 150 to 300 Pixel

Press M and make a selection fill with 000000.

Go to channels, create new channel and fill with white.

Stop selection and gaussian blur it with about 23.

Press CTRL L to open levels

Make a round button by pulling the upper arrows together.

Click on the Channel while holding CTRL to select it. Go back to layers.

Fill your selection with blue and duplicate this layer.

Chose the new layer while holding down CTRL to make a selection.

Select - Modify - and Expand the selection with 2. Fill the layer with red and half it. You get something like that.

Duplicate the blue layer again and place it on the top of your layers. Make a selection on it, fill it with white and gaussian blur it with about 20-30.

Finally make a selection on the blue layer again and make a new layer below the blue one. Fill it with black. Gaussian blur it with about 5. Move this layer three pixel to the right and three to down and you are ready.

Your first pillow is ready.
