Start by creating a new file (File>New) that must have 1024x768 px and 72 dpi.
Using next the Pen Tool (P), it's possible to represent on the file the land's surface of black color, which shape can be corrected with the Convert Point Tool.
Find in Internet now a picture, having represented on it the Earth planet, cut it out and place it exactly the same way it is shown next picture. The layer must be placed lower than the layer containing the surface of black color.
Apply on this layer the next parameters, making a mouse click on the layer on the layers' panel.
Blending Options>Inner Glow
Find in Internet also the picture of the sky and insert it on our picture, placing its layer lower than the black surface's layer.
Make a mouse's click on the lowest part of the layers' panel on Add a Mask option. After that we'll select the Eraser Tool (E) and the Opacity of 10% to erase the area above the planet.
Create a new layer and make a mouse's click on the lowest part of the layers' panel on the next option: Create new fill or adjustment layer>Curves (the layer should be placed lower than again the black surface's layer).
Press Alt button and make a mouse's click between the layers of Curves effect and the sky's layer for the effect to be applied on the sky's layer.
Find in Internet now another picture of the sky and insert it on our basic picture. The new layer should be placed also lower than the black surface's layer.
Make a mouse's click on Add a Mask option on the lowest part of the layers' panel and select the Gradient Tool (G), which direction should be from above to downwards.
Find in internet the picture of a city.
Cut out the necessary part.
Insert it on our main picture.
Apply the next parameters for the city's layer.
Blending Options>Color Overlay
Make a mouse's click on Add a Mask option on this layer and choose again the Eraser Tool (E), Opacity of 10% to erase the area above the buildings and the right side of the city, the same way it is represented next picture.
Create a new layer and apply on it a standard brush of #FCC723 color, Opacity of 10%. Place the layer in case lower than the black surface's layer.
Apply the next parameters for the layer: Fill 30%
Blending mode-Linear Light
Create one more new layer (Create new layer) and choose the Gradient Tool (G) of this color: #EC7A38. The instrument should be applied again from above to downwards. The layer must be placed lower than the black surface's layer.
The layer's parameters: Fill 84%
Blending mode-Hard Light
Create another new layer (Create new layer) and make a mouse's click on the bottom of the layers' panel on the next selection: Create new fill or adjustment layer>Hue/Saturation
Create a new layer and make a mouse's click on the bottom of the layers' panel on the next selection: Create new fill or adjustment layer>Curves
Choose next a standard brush of big size and try to picture a patch on the central part of the picture of white color (the brush has Opacity of 10%).
The layer's parameters: Blending mode-Hue
Find in Internet a picture of a tree, cut it out and introduce it on our picture.
Apply the next parameters for the layer: Blending Options>Color Overlay
Find in Internet one more picture, having represented on it this time a girl and cut it out.
Insert it on the main picture.
Apply the next shown parameters: Blending Options>Color Overlay
Download out of Internet a set of ready to use brushes for Adobe Photoshop: spiritsighs_birds2
Create a new layer and select the brush out of the downloaded set spiritsighs_birds2 of black color.
Download out of Internet one more set of ready to use brushes for Adobe Photoshop: stalks
Create a new layer and select the brush form this set, which must be of black color too.
