1. Create a new document in adobe photoshop with a 500 width and 500 height with a transparent background.

2. Now select the Rectangular Marquee tool and create a big box as shown below.

Now create this as a new layer so you can edit it through out the tutorial.

3. Now select the Gradient tool as shown below -

Make sure you click on Reflection Gradient the one that's selected below.

4. Drag the gradient tool from the top right hand corner to the middle this will be the color for the wire you can change the colors by going back to default by pressing ctrl + d but you might choose to pick a different side free.

5. Doing this with the gradient will give it a nice grayish background as shown below we will need to also make it smaller cause you cant have a wirer this wide - Edit - Free Transformation or you can press Ctrl + T this will also do the same as going to edit and free transformation.

Press Ctrl + T to change width or height :

6. Now we need to make it look bent like wires now we have to goto - Filter - Distort - Shear the settings are shown below.

7. Now play about with it make a couple more and your done as shown below.
