Open Your Eyes

Step 1.

OK find a picture of someone you want to make blink. If its a cartoon that makes the process easier and faster. I took the picture of goku, from Gouks Picture.

OK what ever picture you found right click on it and copy. Then open a new document in photoshop the size should be set for you already by coping it. Ok click paste now. Once you done this is what were going to do. Were going to go to layer/new layer. And call it eyeclosed. Once you've done that your going to grab the pen tool. And your going to outline both of the eyes. See how I did it. Make sure you fill in the eyes once you have outline them.

Step 2.

OK now click on the black colored eyes which should be the black egg shaped circles. OK now go click on each of them then go to layer/layer rasterize. OK now you go to layer/layer style/ blending options/color overlay. Your going to use the eye tool to match the color of the skin. See the image for support.

Step 3.

Now were going to smooth out the eyes. So this is what your going to do. Grab the blur tool, make it a five pixel brush, and put strength to 11. Then blur around the two egg shaped circles to make it fit in with the skin. This is what I have. (image is zoomed in)

Step 4.

OK now click the little button that gets you to image ready.

Step 5.

You should be in image ready. This is the most simple part of this whole tutorial. Ok now See where the animation is. Look at my image your going to click once what the arrow is pointing to.

Step 6.

Now you should have two gokus in there. Those are frames. Ok now where it says 0 seconds

Click on the first frame and make it two and on the second frame make it five whole seconds.Now click on the second frame. Go to your layers and click for the eyes to be invisible but for the first frame make the egg shaped eyes visible. Your final should look something like this.
