I saw 2 animations like this on forums and stuff. This is my favorite.
First step is to make you sig and everything and make sure your text or whateva u want this effect to go on is a rastrized layer not just a text layer.
Start by opening an image of a golf player.
Create selection of the golf ball using elliptical marquee tool. Press Ctrl+J to copy paste the selection in a new layer.
Using clone stamp tool clone the golf ball area in the main image layer.
Start by creating a new file of the banner size. Fill background with a solid color.
Create a circle using elliptical shape tool. Place it so that only a part of circle is visible.
Create two more duplicates and adjust their placement as shown in the image below.
