Blending Images

Okay in this tutorial we will learn how to blend two images into one image!!

1. First we will need to find two images. I am using these two:

and

2. Open up a new file any size that will fit your images.

3. Then add your images to the workspace by copying(CTRL+C) it and pasting(CTRL+V) it into your workspace and make sure they overlap each other.

4. Now select your rectangular marquee tool. Make a rectangular selection over wher the two images overlap. Here is how mine looks:

5. Now we need to feather it so choose the top layer and go to Select/Feather and make a feather of say 10 which is wat i used. The higher the pixels the more it will fade.

6. Now just click the Delete Button and there you go a faded image! Here is how my image looks now:
