1. Take a new file 400 pixels, 400 pixels of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

2. Take a photo of your choice.

3. Make a layer and fill it with white colour and make the copy of the layer and adjust the layer as in the image below.

4. Now select the layer and click on the mask button which is on the palette.

5. Now click on the Layer 1 with the help of Ctrl key and selection will appear.

6. Press Delete and your image will appear but the layer palette will be like this.

7. Make a colour of the coding as in the image below or it should be of dark brown colour as we are trying to choose the color for something burned and toasted. huh?

8. Take the brush with these property which are given below.

9. Use the brush by shaking your hand as in the image below.

10. Now goto Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur as the settings given below.

11. Now make a layer and use the brush of the black colour as in the image below.

12. Now give the Gaussian blur of reading given in the image below.

13. Make a selection with the help of polygonal lasso tool your image will be like this.

14. Now press the key Ctrl+Shift+Alt+N+E to make a layer merge visible as in the image below.

15. Now press Ctrl+Shift+I to inverse the selection like this.

16. Press Delete and deselect it turnoff the eye of all the layer except one which is shown in the image below.

17. Your final image will be like this.
