1. Find a picture of nice "subject". JK Fashion Show. This one is great, not so sharp but we'll fix it.
2. Open it and resize if you want.
3. You'll need Abstract Brushes, download it:
Download brushes - Abstract Vector Brushes
4. Go back to our poster. Firstly, Filter -> Sharpen -> Sharpen.
5. Using soft black brush paint the public. You can paint this girl's legs, don't worry.
6. Filter -> Blur -> Gaussian Blur, Radius 5px.
7. Edit -> Fade Gaussian Blur with these settings:
8. Make a new layer and choose pink (For example #be2db6) as your foreground color.
9. Zoom in to girl's lips and paint something like this:
10. Set layer's mode to Overlay and reduce opacity to 30%.
11. Make a new layer above your background layer. Choose Gradient Tool. Set Linear Gradient like this one:
12. Make it across your new layer, set this layer's mode to Screen and reduce opacity to about 40%.
13. Select your background layer and go to Image -> Adjustments -> Brightness / Contrast and set -40/50.
14. Create a new layer above your background layer. Find a nice pattern, maybe this one -> Squid Fingers Patterns, I chose first, flower-pattern. Download it and open .gif file in Photoshop. Go to Edit -> Define Pattern and name it.
15. Go back to our poster file. Select our new layer and press CTRL+A to select whole image. Right click on canvas size and choose Fill. You'll se something like this, select our new pattern and click OK:
16. Set this layer's mode to Overlay and reduce Opacity to 20%. We have girl in flowers now ;)
17. Make a new layer and using a brush (Color, maybe: #e4b69c) made in this tutorial -> Magic Sparks add a little bit "magic" to our poster, like this:
18. Set this layer's Blending Mode to Color Dodge and using Eraser with 40% Opacity erase some parts of sparks to get better effect.
19. Make a new layer and using the same color load Abstract-Vector brushes by pressing this button (In brush palette):
20. Select brush (You have to find it ;) ) and paint something like this:
21. Set layer's Blending Mode to Overlay and reduce Opacity to 40%.
22. Duplicate this layer and using Move Tool move it 2px right and down (Using keyboard arrows).
23. Make a new layer and this time we'll use another brush. Paint something like this (You have to find it ;) ):
24. Set layer's Blending Mode to Color Dodge and reduce Opacity to 30%.
25. Repeat step #22 for this layer but after that use Filter -> Blur -> Gaussian Blur, 4px to get something like glow around arrows.
26. Experiment with other brushes and Blending Modes. There are many fantastic brushes which you can use in your poster.
27. You can now add some details / text, you've got nice base. Good luck ;)
