1. Open the image of the person or person's as shown below.

2. Now search the web for some devil eyes or you can just save mine and use mine the eyes are below.

3. Now cut out the old pare of eyes select the Polygonal Marquee Tool and start to cut the eye out as shown below.

4. Now open the other pare of eyes and do the same as shown below.

5. And now add the eye to the top image you will gave to mess about with the size of the end here is my end result as shown below.
