Step 1

Open up your preferred image, I"m using a picture of jessica alba doing a random pose. ; )

Now cut around your picture using your preferred tool then copy and paste to a new document, like this.

Now with your selected goto "image > adjustments > brightness & contrast" and use the settings below.
