Photoshop Tutorial - Frozen - Step 1 1. Open the image for editing.
Photoshop Tutorial - Frozen - Step 2 2. Duplicate the current layer twice (Ctrl+J).
Photoshop Tutorial - Frozen - Step 3 3. Use the Rotate Canvas tool (Image> Rotate Canvas> Arbitrary) to apply the following properties:

Angle: 45°CW
Photoshop Tutorial - Frozen - Step 4 4. With the top layer selected, add a Halftone Pattern filter (Filter> Sketch> Halftone Pattern) with the following properties:

Size: 1
Contrast: 50
Pattern Type: Line

Angle: -90°CW
