Step 1
Open any picture of lady in photoshop.
Step 2
Double click on Quick Mask Mode icon to open the Quick Mask Options Panel. After that, under Color Indicates choose Selected Areas, Set Opacity to 100%, under Color Picker choose any color and click ok. See the pictures below.
Step 3
Under Foreground Color choose black, take the Brush Tool (B), set the size of brush which you like, and start paint the hair. Look at the picture below!
Step 4
Click on the Edit in Standard Mode icon to switch off the Quick Mask Mode.
Now, you get the hair selected. Look at the picture below!
Step 5
Click on the Create adjustment layer icon from layers palette and choose Curves.
Step 6
Then, in Curves Panel under Channel choose RGB, click on diagram line, and for Input set 54, for Output 109 and press Ok. See the picture below.
Step 7
It's time for lips, so take the Pen Tool (P) and select the lips like it is shown on the picture below.
Step 8
From layers palette select the Path panel and click on the Load path as selection icon. Look at the picture below!
Step 9
Choose Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Color Balance.
Then, press ok, and in Color Balance Panel set the options from the picture below.
Step 10
It's time for Eyes. Click on Quick Mask Mode Icon, press "D" key on the keyboard to set default swatch, take the Elliptical Marquee Tool (M), and Select the first eye. See the picture below, and everything will be clear.
Step 11
Press Alt+Delete key on the keyboard to fill the eye. After that press Ctrl+D key to deselect.
Step 12
Click on the Edit in Standard Mode icon to switch off the Quick Mask Mode.
Step 13
Press "x" key on the keyboard to set white color as foreground color and choose Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation.
Step 14
Then, press Ok, and in Hue/Saturation Panel set this options:
Repeat this for another eye in an equivalent way.
Step 15
It's time for skin, so click on Quick Mask Mode icon and repeat steps 3 and 4, but this time paint the skin. See the picture below.
Step 16
Click on the Edit in Standard Mode icon to switch off the Quick Mask Mode.
Now, you get the hair selected. Look at the picture below!
Step 17
Choose Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Color Balance, press ok, and set the options from the picture below.
