Create a new file (File>New) that would have 1024x768 px and 72 dpi. Select on this layer the Paint Bucket Tool (G) to fill the new layer with this color - #B7AC74

Apply the next indicated parameters for the new layer by making a mouse click on the layer we work with on the layers'; panel: Blending Options>Bevel and Emboss

Blending Options>Bevel and Emboss (Texture)

Make a copy of the last made layer and move off the copied layer the effects, applying the next demonstrated options: Filter>Filter Gallery>Texture>Texturizer

Select the next parameters for this layer: Blending mode-Darker Color

Use the Rectangle Tool (U) and try to represent a kind of darkening on our picture.

The layer';s parameters: Fill 0%

Create a new layer and select a standard brush, the Brush Tool (B) of white color, to draw a highlight on the left top part of the picture.

Use these parameters for the last processed layer: Blending mode-Overlay

Download out of Internet a picture of a soccer player:

Cut it out and insert it on our picture:

Make a copy of the last made layer. Press on the player';s layer on the next combination of buttons, Ctrl+Shift+U, to make the layer completely colorless.

Select the next option for the earlier made copy: Filter>Blur>Gaussian blur

Select the next parameters for the same layer: Blending mode-Overlay

Create next a new layer (Create new layer) and use on it the usual Brush Tool (B) of black color to paint the soccer player';s face.

Create again a new layer (Create new layer) and use on it this time the Paint Bucket Tool (G) to fill it with the color #666666

Select for the last layer the option from here: Filter>Noise>Add Noise

Select the next parameters on the same layer: Fill 47%
