1 |  | Open the image for editing. |
2 |  | Duplicate the current layer (Ctrl+J). |
3 |  | Use the Hue/Saturation tool (Ctrl+U) to apply the following properties: Hue: 25 |
4 |  | With the top layer selected, add a layer mask (Layer> Add Layer Masks> Reveal All). |
5 |  | With the layer mask selected, use the Apply Image tool (Image> Apply Image) to apply the following properties: Layer: Merged Channel: RGB Invert: Unchecked Blending: Normal Opacity: 100% |
6 |  | With the layer mask selected, use the Threshold tool (Image> Adjustment> Threshold) and use a Threshold Level of 128. |
7 |  | Use the Eraser tool (E) to erase the areas around the vehicle. |
8 |  | Rollover the image in this step to see the image before this Photoshop technique was applied. |
