Step 1

This tutorial is going to take along time to go through, and it requires knowledge of photoshop, so please make sure you have a lot of time on your hand. Ok first of all find a picture, not to large but a picture with good pixels. I choose the sexy Jessica Simpson.

Step 2

Open the image in photoshop, and make a new layer. Zoom in the picture and then grab the one pixel brush. Outline over the image with the brush. But only the main areas like the shape of the face and hair like I did.

Step 3

OK now click on the original image, and keeping the one pixel brush your going to color the forehead first. Now be careful, what you want to do is use the eye drop tool to get the colors and color the forehead using that. Make sure you fill in everything slowly using only the one pixel  brush. See what I did.

Step 4

Your going to do the same thing as you did with forehead on the rest of the face, but only using the one pixel brush, see how mine turned out.( This will take some time but make sure you do it smoothly and slowly to get the best results)

Step 5

OK now that you finished the face, you can go head and do the eyes. Do the eyes slowly and carefully. After your done with the eyes its time to do the neck. On the neck you can use a bigger brush like a five pixel or 9 pixel just make sure their is no feather around it. OK so with the bigger brush do the same thing with the neck and if their are any arms showing use the same pixel brush . You should have something like this.
