1. Open an image to edit. | |

2. Duplicate the current layer (Ctrl+J) and change the blending mode to Screen. | |

the Levels tool (Ctrl+L) to apply the following properties: Input Levels: 0, 0.10, 255 Repeat this step two more times. |

Duplicate the current layer (Ctrl+J) three times.

5. With the top layer selected, use
the Radial Blur filter (Filter> Blur> Radial Blur) to apply the following properties: Blur Method: Spin Quality: Best Blur Center: Top left |

6. Apply an Auto Levels (Shift+Ctrl+L). | |

7. Repeat steps 5 to 6 for the middle
three layers but when using the Radial Blur filter, use these settings instead: Layer One Copy 2: Blur Center: Top Right Layer One Copy: Blur Center: Bottom Right Layer One: Blur Center: Bottom Left |

8. Highlight the top four layers and Merge (Ctrl+E). If you are using Adobe Photoshop CS or older, link the top four layers and Merge (Ctrl+E) instead. | |

9. To increase the effect, duplicate the top layer (Ctrl+J). Rollover the image to see the original image without this Photoshop effect applied. | |
