Step 1
Create a new Photoshop document. After that set your object on new layer.
Step 2
Now, you must to duplicate your object layer, so choose right click on object layer from layer palettes and choose Duplicate. See the picture below!
Step 3
Under foreground color choose black, or just press "d" key on the keyboard.
Step 4
After that press Alt+Shift+Backspace keys on the keyboard.
Step 5
Press Ctrl+T on the keyboard, to launch the Free Transform Tool. After that, within Free Transform frame press right click and choose Distort. Look at the picture below!

Then, do like it is shown on the picture below!
Step 7
Open the Gradient Editor Window, and under Name set Foreground to Background. See the picture below!
Step 8
In Layers Palette, for shadow layer, click on Lock Transparent Pixels icon. Look at the picture below!
Step 9
Take the Gradient Tool (G), and do like it is shown on the picture below.
Step 10
Turn off Lock Transparent pixels icon for shadow layer.
Step 11
Choose Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur.
Step 12
After that, set the options from the picture below.
Step 13
Using drag and drop technique, move your shadow layer beneath first layer. Look at the picture below!
Step 14
Choose Rectangular Marquee Tool (M), and draw a "squer" on the position like it is shown on the picture below.
Step 15
After that choose Select > Feather (Alt+Ctrl+D). Then, for Feather Radius set 5 px.
Step 16
Choose Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur, and after that for Radius set 2 px. Then, press Ctrl+D to deselect.
Finally, our work looks like this:
