Ok I'm going to show you how to photo manipulate a standard eye and put a gothic / horror twist to it.

We will start off with find an image you would like to change the eyes on and for my examples ill be using the image below.

Step 1. So to start off with we will have to grab the Burn Tool (Click 'O'). The burn tool is located in your tools pallet and it is used to darken the eye.

Step 2. Now make shore that the brush you are using is big enough to get into small places but also to get the job done fast and then make shore the range is Midtones and the Exposure is at 100%.

Step 3. Then start to darkening on all the inside of the eye you picked but try not to go over any light points and if your not shore what points are light take a look at the example I have below.

This image above is how it should look when your about half way and need to start getting into the detailed spots.

Step 4. You mainly work out how to do this by eye so i cant really showing exactly but just take your time and then with the light points set your brush so it clearly goes over them and just click on them once or twice to blend them in a bit more.

Step 5. Then set your brush larger then your actual images eye and drag it from the inside of the eye to the out side about two times. This will give your image a darker feel and it will make the black your look more natural looking.

So if you followed these steps you should have got a great photo manipulated eye like I have made following these steps as well.
