The Smudge Tool spreads and mixes content of image areas:

  • In the Toolbox, select the Smudge Smudge Tool.
  • Choose brush size and style*.
  • Set the tool's strength.
  • Drag on the image.
  • on the Options bar you can choose also effect mode.
