Computer Chip Background

1. Okay start with a new canvas, make it 400x400.

2. Next, grab your paint bucket tool and make sure the background is black.

3. Once your background is black, go to Filter>Render>Clouds.

4. Next go to Filter>Render>Difference Clouds.

5. Go to Filter>Stylize>Wind and use these settings.

6. Press ok and press Ctrl+F ten times.

7. Go to Image>Rotate>Rotate Canvas>90 degrees CW.

8. After you do this press Ctrl+F ten times again.

9. Repeat steps 7-8 two more times so you do the wind effect to all sides of the image.

10. After you are done using the wind effect, you will need to go to Filter>Sharpen>Unsharp Mask.

You will need these settings:

11. Press okay and add some color by pressing Ctrl+U. I used the following settings to give it the "Microchip" effect.

Here's the final image that i came up with, follow my instructions and it should be just like it.
