Dark Blue Water

Step 1

Create the new image in photoshop 300x200px. Fill a background black color. Apply filter Difference Clouds (Filter> Render> Difference Clouds).

Step 2

Apply filter Lighting Effects (Filter> Render> Lighting Effects)

Put the parameters specified in a picture.

Step 3

Add noise, for this purpose go in Filters> Noise> Add Noise and establish such parameters:

Amount-6 %
Distribution-Gaussian
Monochromatic.

Wash away the image on 0,5px (Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur).

Now change color, for this purpose start function Hue/Saturation (Image> Adjust> Hue/Saturation), establish "tick" on Colorize and put Hue-216

Saturation-25
Lightness-0.

Step 4

Apply filter Filter> Brush Strokes> Accented Edges c in parameters:

Edge width-3
Edge Brightness-36
Smoothness-4.

Apply filter Filter> Distort> Ocean Ripple with parameters:

Ripple Size-8
Ripple Magnitude-8.

Apply filter Filter> Brush Strokes> Ink Outlines co values:

Stroke Length-5
Dark Intensivity-17
Light Intensivity-9.

Step 5

Apply filter ZigZag (Filter> Distort> ZigZag). Apply it(him) with parameters:

Amount-36 %
Ridges-10 %
Style-Pond Ripples.
