Step 1
First let's reset your colors. Create a new document
Width: 450 Pixels
Height: 450 Pixels
Background: Background Color
Step 2
Now we are going to use the Lens Flare with the following settings:
Brightness: 115%
Lens Type: 50-300mm Zoom
Flare Center: Move the flare around by clicking on the thumbnail, position them to look roughly like what we have got below
You have to go to the lens flare filter every time you want to create a new flare. You will need to do it 2 more times. This is what yours should look like after applying the filter 2 more times.
Step 3
More filters(Woo!) go to
Filter--> Sketch--> Chrome
Detail: 4
Smoothness: 7
Hit CTRL + U to open up the Hue/Saturation box
Colorize Box: Checked
Hue: 0
Saturation: 42
Lightness: 0
Step 4
Duplicate the current layer. Then rotate 90°clockwise. Hit CTRL + U again and this time we want a nice orange color(Colorize Box: UnChecked | Hue: 40 | Saturation: 15 | Lightness: 0). Then change this layer's blending mode to Color Dodge.
Step 5
Duplicate the current layer. Then rotate 90° clockwise. Hit CTRL + U again and this time we want a nice purple color(Colorize Box: UnChecked | Hue: -89 | Saturation: 0 | Lightness: 0). Then change this layer's blending mode to Lighten.

Final Product
Voila! It's a strong effect so tone it down when you use it by using diagonal line patterns or silverfish texts. Example of what we got below.
