Step 1

Start a new image

Width: 500 Pixels
Height: 500 Pixels
Background: White

Then reset your colors reset your colors.

Step 2

Use the difference clouds filter then repeat the filter about 12 times.

Step 3

Now use the pinch filter, just press okay without changing the settings, and repeat it once. Your image should look something like what we've got below but of course a little bigger.

Step 4

Now we are going to use the find edges filter, then use the Wave filter.

Step 5

Invert the colors then change the hue/saturation settings to your liking. Make sure the Colorize box is checked and you can change the colors to your likings. (Sliding the saturation bar to the right should help get your image brighter).

If your image looks somewhat like this below then your doing fine.

Step 6

Now duplicate this layer.

Step 7

You should be on your new layer now. Use hue/saturation again to get a different color.

Step 8

Change this layer's blending mode to Lighten.

Step 9

Then flip this layer horizontally.

Final Product
