Glass Background

1. Create new document size 80 x 80 px

2. Create 2 new guide at 40 px , Create two selections like this

Fill black color

Define Pattern ( Edit >> Define Pattern )

3. Create another document, size 5 x 4 cm, 300 dpi

4. Filter >> Render >> Fiber..

5. Filter >> Distort >> Diffuse Glow

6. Filter >> Blur >> Motion Blur

7. Create new layer, add cloud by go to Filter >> Render >> Cloud

Next, use this default Gradient

to fill follow the direction

change Blending mode to "Hard Light" Opacity = 91%

8. Create new blank layer, and fill with this gradient, but with white color

9. Create new pattern layer

10. Create more Levels layer, set that i did

11. Color

Done !! really cool background :)
