1. Create a new 500x500 pixels documant and add a Clouds filter (Filter> Render> Clouds). |

2. Add a Stained Glass filter (Filter> Texture> Stained Glass) with these settings:
Cell Size: 10

3. Distort the image using the Spherize filter (Filter> Distort> Spherize) with these settings:
Amount: 100%

4. Duplicate the layer (Ctrl+J) and change the blending mode of the new layer to Overlay. |

5. Rotate the layer 180º CCW (Edit> Transform> Rotate 180º CCW). |

6. Duplicate the layer (Ctrl+J), apply the previous filter (Ctrl+F) then repeat this step two more times. |

7. Flatten the image (Layer> Flatten Image). |

8. Colorize the layer using the Hue/Saturation tool (Ctrl+U). These are the settings I used:
Hue: 200

9. Duplicate the layer (Ctrl+J) and change the blending mode to Screen. |

10. Rotate the layer 180º CCW (Edit> Transform> Rotate 180º CCW). |

11. On the top layer, set the Hue to +180 using the Hue/Saturation tool (Ctrl+U). |

12. Crop the image from the center. |
