This is a Tutorial to make some Nebulae using my Star Field Tutorial

Set your Foreground Colour to a Sky Blue style one.

Now after you have made the Star Fields make a New Layer and call it Nebula.

Now with your Sky Blue go Filter>Render>Clouds.

Then go Filter>Render>Difference Clouds.

Keep Rendering your Difference Clouds until you make a decent enough Nebula looking effect

Now change you Blending Mode to Screen.
