Step 1: open a new document anysize but i used 500x500 pixles.
Step 2: create a new layer.
Step 3: fill that new layer with pure black.
Step 4: go to filter>noise>add noise and use the settings 12.16 gaussian and monochromantic...
Create a new 500x500 document.
Select gradient tool->radial gradient (mode multiply)
Now create circles in left side of document, smth like this.
Filter>Artistic>Plastic Warp (14 8 8)...
1. Open up your existing image you would like to turn into a freehand drawing.
2. Now use Filter > Stylize > Find Edges.
3. Press Ctrl + U and set Hue to 0, Saturation to -100 and Lightness to around 60...

2. Next add Clouds (Filter-->Render-->Clouds) then Difference Clouds ( Filter--> Render--> Difference Clouds).

Create a new image in Photoshop by using: File/New. My first image is 400 x 400 pixels. Next we will use Filter/Render/Clouds and then Filter/Render/Difference Clouds. You can keep using the Difference Clouds filter until you find one that you like.
