The is an abstract tutorial. I don't know if you guys like abstract stuff but i'll just give it a go.
Ever wanted to make a matrix-themed photo? Read this tutorial and learn how to do it in a several easy steps!
1. Open a New Image (File>New) and pick a size. I used 500 x 500 in the original image.
2. Set your foreground colour to black and your background colour to white:
Now just follow the picture instructions:
1. New document 400x400. Fill it with black.
2. Place 4 lens flares like this:
1. Open a new document (any size you like) and fill it with a black background.
2. Go to Filter -> Noise -> Add Noise (Set noise to 25, Gaussian, Monochromatic).
3. Go to Images -> Adjustment -> Threshold (Set Threshold to 163).

Start by creating a new file. Fill the background with the color of your choice.
From filter menu select render>>fibers. Apply settings as shown.
From filter menu select blur>>radial blur. Apply settings as shown.

Duplicate the layer. Layer > Duplicate Layer
Rotate the top layer 90 Degree.
Edit > Transform > Rotate 90 CW
Set layer blending option to Multiply.
Merge Down the image Shortcut : Ctrl + E
