Pen Tool

Choose the pen tool and make sure you have those settings:

Make a new layer. Put it above all the other layers. Pick a point where ever you want. I picked here:

Now click somewhere else and when you click drag some where. I drag up to get this:

Click some where else. I picked there. I didn't have to drag it gave me that shape by itself:

Click some where else. Make sure the line will flow nicely. Then drag. I dragged down then a bit to the left. I got this:

Now click on your brush tool. Then click the button that's called "Brushes" in the top corner. Make sure you reset your brushes and pink the very first brush like this:

Now go back and reclick your pen tool. Go to where you made the line and right click then select "Stroke path" then select "Brush" and click "OK":(The color don't matter)

After you clicked "Ok" click "Ctrl+H" on your keyboard to remove the pen tool liner:

Sexy ha? After that you can change the color of the line you made to fit the color scheme of your tag or signature better.

Or if you you don't want a line simply when you pick your brush from the brush box and pick "Brush Tip Shape" and then go to where it says "Spacing" and set it to 1000%:

Then do the same. Pick the pen tool again and right click then "strock path" on a new layer you'll get this:
