1. Take a new file of 400 pixels, 400 pixels of resolution in the RGB mode.

2. Make a colour of your choice I have taken this one.

3. Apply the blending options > Inner glow of the settings which are given below.

4. Apply the blending options > Drop Shadow of the settings which are given below.

5. Choose the colour which is given below.

6. Take the brush of the settings which are given below.

7. Your image will be like this as mine.

8. Take the brush of the settings which are given below.

9. Your image will be like this.

8. Goto select > modify > contract and apply the setting which are given below.

9. Fill the darker colour to it and your image will be like this which is as mine.

10. Make a selection with rectangular marquee tool as i have made.

11. Give the stroke of the setting which are given below.

12. Your image will be like this.

13. Make the multiple copy of the layer as I have done and your image will be like this.

14. Press Ctrl+Shift+I to inverse the selection.

15. Press Delete and your image will be like.

16. Give a gaussian blur of the reading given below.

17. Take the brush of the settings which are given below.

18. Apply the brush and your image will be like this.
