To begin this tutorial, change the foreground color to 19B928 then grab the "Text Tool" and using "Times New Roman" as your typeface, at the size of 151, type the letter "S."
Now right click on the text layer and choose "Blending Options." Then select "Drop Shadow" and use the below settings, but do not click ok yet.
Now chose "Inner Glow" and use the below settings, but do not click ok yet.
Then select "Bevel and Emboss" and use the below settings, but do not click ok yet.
Then select "Stroke" and use the below settings. You may now ok.
You should now have the following.
Create a new layer, fill with black, then go to the main menu and select "Filter" then "Noise" and lastly, "Add Noise." Amount 110 and make sure that both "Gaussian" and "Monochromatic" are checked. Now go to "Selection" then "Color Range" and select white as the sample color. Click "OK" and hit "Delete" on your keyboard.
Now go to the main menu once again and select "Filter" then "Blur" and lastly "Motion Blur." Slide the Angle bar to 41% and make sure that the distance is set to 22.Click Ok.
Now "Ctrl" click the "S" layer to create a selection around the S. Set the Blending Mode to "Multiply" and the "Fill" to 75.
With the selection still made, create a new layer and place below the "S" layer. Now go to "Selection" then "Modify" and then "Expand" by 3 pixels. Fill with black and deselect. Now right click on the new layer and choose "Blending Options." Then select "Drop Shadow" and use the below settings, but do not click ok yet.
Now chose "Inner Glow" and use the below settings. You may now click "OK."
You should now have the following.
