1. Take a new file of 500 pixels, 300 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

2. Select the Text tool from the tool palette image 2 .

3. Create a black text on a white background like in the picture below.

4. Go to the Blending Option click on the Outer Glow Structure apply the following settings.

5. Go to the Blending Option click on the Inner Glow Structure apply the following settings.

6. Go to the Blending Option click on the Bevel and Emboss Structure apply the following settings.

7. Go to the Blending Option click on the Color Overlay apply the following settings.

8. Your image should be look like this.

9. Now go to Layer>Type>Warp Text use these settings.

10. Your image now will look like this.

11. Now create another text like in the picture below.

12. Now go to Layer>Type>Warp Text use these settings.

13. Your image should be look like this.

14. Now copy the layer style of the first layer.

15. Then paste it to the other layer like this.

16. Your final image should be look like this.
