Start by creating a black text and be careful to select a white background. Then right click the layer and select Blending options like in the picture below.

Make these settings for the Drop Shadow.

These for the Inner Shadow using this colour #EEFE00 .

For the Outer Glow and the Inner Glow use the same colour we used at the Inner Shadow settings.

Use this for Bevel and Emboss.

Select Contour ad try making it look like in the picture below.

Use the Texture like in the picture below.

For the Satin use the same yellow colour we used at the previous settings.

These settings for the Stroke settings.
