1. Take a new file of 400 pixels 400 pixels of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
2. Use the Type tool to create your text.
3. Make a new layer from the layer palette.
4. Turn visibility for your text layer as shown in the next image.
5. Your image should be look like this.
6. Take the Brush tool from the tool palette and select the brush. Use these settings.
7. Fill the text's shape with the brush stokes like this.
8. Your image should be look like this.
9. And now press the Ctrl+U apply the following settings.
10. Your image should be look like this.
11. And again take the brush and use the stroke outside the text as shown image below.
12. Go to the blending option and use the following the settings.
13. Your final image should be look like this.
