13. Ok, go to Filter-> Render -> Lighting Effects ; Texture channel: Green (the best) and use my settings. But don't rush: play with direction, intensity etc. see how our texture changes. Do you like it?

14. Merge down this layer (Ctrl+E) and set the blending mode to lighten.

Looks good? I think so. And deep!
