Step 1 Create a new image and fill it with black. Select the lense flare filter , and create two lense flares with with above settings.
Step 2 Go in the plastic wrap filter and use the above settings.
Step 3 Go into the ZigZag Filter and use the above settings.
Step 4 Duplicate Your Layer. Double click your new layer and use the above blending settings.
