Arrow Layout

Open a new photoshop document
Size : 760 x770 pixels
Background color: #484848

Then Select Custom Shape Tool, and create one arrow on your layout

Place it like me

Then duplicate this layer a few times, And place the arrows like me.
For the left arrows you need to rotate the arrows

Then with the same tool : Custom shape tool create another arrow, rotate the arrow

Now add the following layer styles for Horizontal Arrows

Now for the Vertical Arrow add the following layer styles

Now select Pen Tool and make a arrow like mine

Then add the following layer styles for this arrow

This is the result

With Pen Tool, create another shapes.

Now you can add some text alone, and some images

Now we will need some brushes. Please go on the following link link
And download this set of brushes.
Load the brushes

Then create a new layer ( press Ctrl+Shift+Alt+N )
And use the arrows. Place as many details you want

Now we will create a pattern. For this you have to create another document: size should be 9 x 9 pixels, with a transparent background
Zoom the document to 1600 %
Then grab Pencil Tool ( set the brush size to 1 pixel ) and make a simple drawing like me

Then go to Edit > Define Pattern...
Select Background Layer , then grab Paint Bucket Tool
Use the pattern from above

Then click one time on Background layer with The Paint Bucket Tool

With Background Layer Selected Go to Filter > Render > Lightning Effects and use the following settings
