Create one more new layer of 4x4 px and 72 dpi and select the Pencil Tool (B) of the color #25B0C3 to create another texture's pattern.
Edit>Define Pattern
Take the Rounded Rectangle Tool (U) to represent the running indicator. Place this layer lower than the layer containing the running line.

The Ellipse Tool (U) will be helpful in picturing the play button.

Using the Pencil Tool (B), try to represent a pointer on the play button, colored with #124E58 on a new layer.
Combine in a group all the layers composing the play button (press on Ctrl button to mark out the necessary layers and hold on the left mouse's button to take down the layers on Create a new group option). Make a copy of the last made group and select the Free Transform option to turn it over as it is indicated below:
The site's sections should be entitled, keeping the demands from the next tables:
