Zoom out your document to 50 %
Select Pen Tool and create the following shape ( HOLD down the Shift key while you use the Pen Tool )

Open a new photoshop document Size : 760 x770 pixels
Background color: #484848
Then Select Custom Shape Tool, and create one arrow on your layout
