So let's start creating a new document.
size 760 x 770 pixels
Background color: white
Select Rounded rectangle tool ( set radius to 15 pixels ) and create a shape like mine:

Create a new document with a blue background: #1063c1
The size should be 760 x 770 px.
Create a new Layer ( press Shift+Ctrl+Alt+N )
Then Grab Brush Tool and make some simple drawings ( the next image is resized )

Step 1.
Create a new document 750x250 with white background
Now create a new layer and using the rectangular marquee tool make a rectangle approximately 4 pixel at the top of the document and fill it with #383838.

Now open a new document . this time the size should be 4 x 4 pixels ( we will create a pattern )

Create a new document with a white background.the size should be 760 x 700 px.
Create a new layer by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Alt+N in the same time.
Set Foreground Color to #001677

Size 760x770 pixels Background color : white
Select Rounded rectangle tool ( set the radius to 5 pixels ) and create a few shapes. i will use different colors, so you can see better what i am doing

Open a new document in photoshop.
Size: 760 x 770
Background color: d8d4c9
Select Rectangle Tool and create a simple shape with the following color: #bebbb1

Open a new document in photoshop
Size 760 x 770
Background color: 3b3b3b
Then with Rounded Rectangle Tool ( set the radius to 10 pixels ) create 2 different shape like in the next image

Open a new document
Size 760 x 770 pixels Color background #d3edff
Select Pen tool and create the following drawing ( be sure you hold the Shift key down to create perfect lines )
