This article for Web Layout is done in Photoshop. The author gives you the know-how to create a Web Layout for an Italian Restaurant. The article is full of helpful illustrations.
1. Create a new document (800*600). We'll design a universal template in this tutorial, it can be used for almost everything because it's so simple and standard. the colors blue, white and beige are the main colors in this design but ofcourse everything is up to you!

1.) Open up a new file. About 400x400px. Set a background color, anything but black or white. I used #FFCC00. Fill the background layer.

1. The Background
First create a new document, for this tutorial I will be using 780x720. now fill the background with #f06502.
Create a new layer then with the Rectangular Marquee Tool, make a selection sized 20
1. Create new file with 72 PPI and white background. Create a new Layer. Name it as "Base".
2. Select Ellipse Marquee tool. Drag it on the file. Fill the selection on the new layer with black.
3. Open the desired texture file...
